Dr. Ashish Gupta is an experienced and well-recognised cardiologist with over 23 years of overall
clinical experience, including more than a decade as a specialist in cardiology. He has developed
strong expertise in both non-invasive and interventional cardiac procedures, providing comprehensive
care for a wide range of heart conditions.
He is proficient in performing advanced cardiac interventions, including primary angioplasty for acute
heart attacks, complex coronary procedures, pacemaker, ICD implantation and structural heart
interventions like TAVI, EVAR, TEVAR. His clinical practice
also includes echocardiography, TMT, and Holter monitoring for accurate diagnosis and treatment
planning.
He has received specialised training from Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and
Research, Bangalore, one of India’s leading cardiac institutes. His approach focuses on accurate
diagnosis, timely intervention, and patient-centered care. He has served as a Consultant
Interventional
Cardiologist in tertiary care hospitals over the last 10 years, including Artemis, Max, and Fortis
Hospitals in Gurugram, before opening his own state-of-the-art cathlab at Wellmed Hospitals.
